Service Improvement
NHS QI Learning Portfolio
We partnered with NHS Education for Scotland (now PSD Scotland) to design and deliver a portfolio of 16+ Quality Improvement eLearning modules, covering:
- Understanding your system
- Improvement aims and changes
- Plan–Do–Study–Act (PDSA) cycles
- Implementation and spread
- Systems dynamics
This portfolio gave NHS staff at all levels access to structured, practical training. By digitising QI content, NHS organisations were able to:
- Scale training consistently across regions.
- Provide flexible access for busy staff.
- Embed QI methods into daily clinical practice.
